Custom prints go into production after payment clears. Transit times depend on your postal code and whether the item is rolled or flat-packed—track everything from your account dashboard.
Packaging
Rolls and panels are cushioned to protect corners. If a courier damages the outer carton, email photos of the unopened inner packaging within 48 hours so we can file a claim.
Returns & cancellations
Personalized sizes usually cannot cancel once printing begins—check your proof measurements carefully. Printing or dimension errors attributable to our studio will be reprinted promptly. Detailed questions? Speak with customer care.
